  "I am in the office officially from 8:00-3:30 each day, but I try to arrive by 7:30 am and sometimes stay until 4:00.  I am also on several committees which meet before/after school, so I am not always available to talk.  If you schedule a meeting, I will be available.  I will also make myself available if you are needing immediate attention."
