InteGrade Pro FAQ

Bartlesville teachers or patrons should direct their questions on InteGrade Pro to the district's Supervisor of Instruction Technology, Rhonda Layman, at laymanrl@bps-ok.org

Inputting Grades at Home

You should NOT try to put your gradebook on a floppy disk. Only gradebooks stored on the server are considered secure and have automatic backups and technical support.

Teachers can use school-based email to contact Dr. Rhonda Layman for the latest information on logging onto IGPro from home. The online version of IGPro will allow you to create new assignments, input grades, and do some basic editing. Most of the more advanced gradebook features are only available when logging in at school.

Remember, do NOT give out your passwords to ANYONE. They could alter grades via the internet by logging on as you! Also, print out your gradebook often, so you have a hard copy in case someone tampers with the data files.
