InteGrade Pro FAQ

Bartlesville teachers or patrons should direct their questions on InteGrade Pro to the district's Supervisor of Instruction Technology, Rhonda Layman, at laymanrl@bps-ok.org

Eligibility

At this writing, we will still manually input ineligible students into SASI ClassXP, using the Performance > Class Grades > Progress options. But InteGrade Pro can help you quickly identify ineligible students. REMEMBER: Unless you input a "0" manually or by using "bulk fill", any missing scores are NOT calculated into the student's current grade.

Seeing who is ineligible

If you only have a few students who might be ineligible, you may just want to sort the student list in each class by grade and see if anyone is in trouble.

You can quickly sort the students in a particular class into descending grade order by right-clicking on one of the summary columns (e.g. % or Letter Grade) and choosing Sort Students by Column from the pop-up menu. Then scroll down to see the low-scoring students.

If you prefer to sort them from low to high:

  1. Right-click on the % or Letter Grade summary column.
  2. Pick Sort Students… from the popup menu.
  3. In the right pane of the new window, pick the By Spreadsheet Grade option.
  4. If necessary, click on the box under Sort Order: and change it to Ascending.
  5. Click on Sort (NOT Close!).
  6. Now click on Close.

You can always restore alphabetical order by right-clicking on the Student Name column and selecting Sort Students by Column from the popup menu.

Creating an eligibility list

If you have a larger number of students who are ineligible, or if you prefer a printed list, you can "filter" any type of report to only include ineligible students:

  1. Click on the printer icon, or select File and then Print, or select Reports.
  2. Choose the Spreadsheet Report or Spreadsheet… option.
  3. Under the student list, click the Filter button.
  4. Click on the button beside Show Students Whose:.
  5. Click on the box beside Spreadsheet Grade so that it is checked.
  6. Change the final entry in that row to 60 to see only ineligible students, or 70 to see only those making a D or F.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Next.
  9. You'll see a preview which you can review, change, or print.
