Since the campus slopes downward to the south, the main entrance to the new Fine Arts Center and future Field House is on the lower level. The Fine Arts Center includes a 1200-seat auditorium and instructional space for the choir, band, orchestra, visual arts, and drama/stagecraft. The orchestra, visual arts, and stagecraft areas were funded by a $1,000,000 donation from the Bartlesville Public School Foundation.
The Field House seats 2200 and has a training room and various locker rooms and offices.
An enclosed connecting link will join the 1954 stadium, 1958 annex, 1939 field house, 2004 fine arts center, and 2006 field house.
The cafeteria in the north basement of the 1939 main building will continue to be used. The classrooms in the lower level of the 1954 stadium will be used to relocate classes during renovations.
A new heating and air conditioning system will be installed in all of the main building, annex, and stadium. Almost all instructional areas will be handicapped accessible, and the restrooms will also be expanded and renovated.
