This photo was taken on June 9, 2002, about eighteen weeks after the groundbreaking ceremony for phase one. You are looking east near the intersection of 18th Street and Shawnee Avenue. Some of the driveways have been constructed, and the remains of the old sewer lift station have been capped. Irrigation lines for the playing fields have also been installed.
