This photo was taken on July 28, 2002, about twenty-five weeks after the groundbreaking ceremony for phase one. You are looking east near the intersection of 18th Street and Shawnee Avenue. The asphalt is being poured in the parking lot, the pipe fencing is going in, and the trees are being planted. If all goes well, the parking lot will be ready just in time for school to start on August 14, 2002.
