This photo was taken on November 17, 2002, months after the essential completion of Phase One. You are looking east near the intersection of 18th Street and Shawnee Avenue.
The district has had the west ditch along Shawnee cleared, improving the visibility of the parking lot and athletic fields from the rest of the campus. PSO has just installed a new power line along the east side of Shawnee to provide a new power feed to the campus.
