The photo was taken on August 4, 2002, as the revamped Haley Laboratory approached completion. The grades on the west and south sides of the pond have been decreased to allow safe access for science classes. The only remaining work is the pond spillways.
8/17/02 UPDATE:
The pond is now complete. Below is a photo of the completed dam.
