This photo was taken on May 9, 2002, about fourteen weeks after the groundbreaking ceremony for phase one. You are standing on top of the stadium press box, looking east across Shawnee Avenue at the floodplain area and then turning to the south to look out over the existing practice field. The trees on the west side of Shawnee are obscuring the view, but you can spot the new parking lot lights.
