This photo was taken on November 15, 2002, forty-one weeks after the beginning of phase one, which essentially ended some time ago. You are standing on top of the stadium press box, looking east across Shawnee Avenue at the floodplain area and then turning to the south to look out over the existing practice field.
The removal of trees along the west side of Shawnee Avenue has made the parking lots and practice fields of Phase One much more visible. Looking far right, or south, you see the ongoing Phase Two construction work for the new Fine Arts Center.
