This construction photo was taken fifty-three weeks into Phase Two on May 31, 2003. You are looking north from near the intersection of 18th Street and Crestview.
The structural steel is complete and the high area around the auditorium has been framed and covered with gypsum board. The scaffolding around the high area is for the white exterior insulating finish system (EIFS) that is being applied. The stairwell on the south side of the building has been installed but not fully enclosed.
