This construction photo was taken two weeks into Phase Two on June 8, 2002. You are standing on 18th street and can turn a full 360 degrees to view the entire area. The old south student parking lot is being cleared away. TAO's construction trailer is visible; the other construction trailer of Oakridge for phase one is not visible from this angle.
