Twenty-two Weeks Into Construction

This construction photo was taken at the beginning of the twenty-second week of Phase Two on October 20, 2002. You are standing on 18th street and can turn a full 360 degrees to view the entire area.
Much of the foundation work for the new fine arts center is completed. Masonry walls are going up along the south wall of the old field house. Masonry work around the perimeter will continue for a few weeks until the steel arrives.
