This construction photo was taken at the beginning of the twenty-sixth week of Phase Two on November 17, 2002. You are standing on 18th street and can turn a full 360 degrees to view the entire area.
Masonry work around the perimeter of the fine arts center continues, with some interior walls also going up. Steel will arrive in a week or two.
