Viewpoint Map This construction photo was taken in the middle of the thirtieth week of Phase Two on December 18, 2002. You are standing on 18th street and can turn a full 360 degrees to view the entire area.

The perimeter continues to grow, with steel erection just beginning. The masons are now putting up both regular block for the perimeter and interior walls, and some interior corridors have burnished block. On one far wall below some very high scaffolding you can see some darker courses of block above a lighter section; the darker ones are burnished blocks lining what will become the north wall of a second-floor corridor.
