This construction photo was taken at the end of the forty-first week of Phase Two on March 8, 2003. You are standing near 18th street, but the increasing size of the building has altered the perspective from the previous views, and this image does not extend a full 360 degrees.
The steel structure for the balcony and east end of the auditorium is visible. You can also see masonry walls and scaffolding for parts of the lobby area.
