Phase Two: Fine Arts Center

Lower Lobby,
Forty-Six Weeks Into Construction

This photo was taken after 46 weeks of construction on April 13, 2003. You are standing in the lower level of the lobby of the Fine Arts Center.

To the north you can see the choir room door and elevator shaft. The space above that area will remain open to the upper lobby. To the east are the masonry walls of the restrooms. To the south you can see the new stairway to the upper level. The gap between those stairs and the auditorium will someday become the main entrance. To the west you can see into the auditorium.
