This photo was taken at the end of the 97th week of construction on April 2, 2004. You are standing in the upper level of the lobby of the Fine Arts Center.
The wood panels on the large curving wall are now completed. The floor tile is down, although its colors are subdued by a layer of construction dust. The balcony railing now has a wood top. The door to one of the auditorium vestibules is visible, with its porthole window modeled after the ones on the doors of the original 1939 auditorium.
