Forty-Three Weeks Into Construction

This photo was taken at the end of 43 weeks of construction on March 22, 2003. You are standing near the east wall of the first floor corridor, near the Student Projects Room.
The first coats of interior paint have been applied. You'll see white on the corridor walls, taupe on the metal frames, a glimpse of gray in the bathroom, and blue in the side rooms. (Vertical shading marks in various places are photographic artifacts due to the low light conditions.) The plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems are approaching top-out.
