This photo was taken after the forty-fourth week of phase two on March 29, 2003. You are looking generally west from the alley.
The white insulation boards of the EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System from Dryvit) have been installed on the east wall. Later a finish will be applied over those boards. The window frames for the stairwell curtain wall are also being installed.
