This photo was taken on July 28, 2002 nine weeks into phase two. You are near the corner of 16th and Hillcrest. Visible from left to right are the science wing foundation, a large fill pile, and the new front parking that has recently been asphalted and striped. The parking should be ready just in time for registration on August 5.
