Fifty-Three Weeks Into Construction

This one-year anniversary photo was taken on May 27, 2003 at the beginning of the fifty-third week of phase two. You are near the corner of 16th and Hillcrest.
The flashing has been installed, the concrete foundation painted, the sidewalks completed, and some lightpoles installed. Now we await landscaping, sod, and the completion of the lightpoles. Remaining work on the building is the installation of false dividers on the corner windows and a gate between the new structure and the old building to seal off the lightwell between them.
