This photo was taken after 61 weeks of construction on July 27, 2003. You are standing next to the elevator shaft in the lower level of the lobby of the Fine Arts Center. From here you can view the north corridor that in future phases will form the spine connecting this lobby to the main building. As you pivot you'll see the temporary wall where eventually there will be a field house floor entrance, then some display cases on the east side of the lobby, the elevator shaft, and finally the corridor leading westward down the north side of the auditorium.
