	B.	Recommendation, consideration and vote to accept the Guaranteed Maximum Price proposed by Boldt Construction, Inc. for completion of the Ranch Heights and Wayside Elementary School Renovation projects and to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Construction Management Contract between Bartlesville Public Schools and Boldt Construction, Inc. dated December 6, 2008. 	C.	Recommendation, consideration and vote to approve Assignment of Contracts assigning construction contracts for the Ranch Heights and Wayside Elementary School Renovation projects to Boldt Construction, Inc. (Dr. Gary W. Quinn)
