How to Give

Your tax-deductible contribution can be in the form of cash, stock, property, and charitable remainder trusts.

ConocoPhillips Matching Contributions

Current employees and retired employees of ConocoPhillips can boost their gift via the company's Matching Gift Program, up to the contributions limits of that program.

Current ConocoPhillips Employees

To submit a request, you would:

  1. Visit the company's E-stream intranet homepage (not the general conocophillips.com website)
  2. Select Matching Gift Program
  3. Select Matching Gift Program again
  4. Submit a Matching Gift Request
  5. Search for the organization listing of Bartlesville Public School Foundation, Inc.
  6. And then enter the needed data regarding gift date, amount, payment method, and, if applicable, the check number or stock symbol or number of shares
  7. Click on Request Grant
Retired ConocoPhillips Employees

To submit a request, you would:

  1. Visit www.cybergrants.com/conocophillips/donor
  2. Click on First time user. Click here to create your password.
  3. Complete the registration information
  4. Note that your eight-digit employee ID number is required to access the system. Add zeros to the front of the employee ID number to make it eight digits
  5. When registered, search for Bartlesville Public School Foundation, Inc.
  6. Enter the needed data and submit the online application
  7. Once the application is completed and submitted, be sure to print out the gift voucher that goes to the Foundation with the gift
