A Note from Mr. Huff:
Thank you for visiting our website. My name is Ryan Huff and I am the Principal here at Central Middle School. We currently house 637 students in grades 6-7-8. We want Central to be a fantastic place to receive a GREAT education. We employ a fabulous staff of teachers and support personnel who care deeply about each and every student that walks the halls of Central.
We believe that three things should take place at Central on a daily basis:
- Rigor- As a staff, we will challenge your child to the fullest in order for them to see the true potential that they have in them. We want them to gain the basic skills, the thinking skills, and the personal qualities that will allow them to be successful after their years at Central.
- Relevance- We believe that all students should be able to problem solve in order to get the most out of their education. We also want the students to be able to develop responsible behavior. We take pride in making sure that all students learn in a way that is responsible to them and others around them.
- Relationships- We believe in constant communication between student-teacher and parents-teacher. We feel that when we develop the relationships with the students then the barrier of communication will be diminished. Collaboration between all stakeholders is essential in providing a quality education for the students.
