Microsoft Office

Each district computer is equipped with Microsoft Office productivity applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Many computers have the 2010 versions of those applications. District staff also can use the online versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote, called Microsoft Office 365. At the time this webpage was updated, standalone versions of those applications could also be installed on up to five computers via the Office 365 service.

  1. In any web browser, go to
  2. Enter your school district email address as the username and use the same password you use to login to the district network
  3. You will be taken to your Microsoft OneDrive, where you can create and store files made with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or OneNote

Office 2016

If you are able to install standalone versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or OneNote via your Office 365 account, they will be the newest Office 2016 apps.
