Outlook / Email

On June 19, 2018 staff members began using Google Calendar and Gmail instead of Microsoft Outlook/Exchange. The district began copying existing emails, folders, contacts, and appointments from Outlook/Exchange into the Google Services on June 19. That procedure could take several days to complete for all staff members.

The Exchange server will continue running until all available emails, contacts, and appointments are copied over to the Google services. But staff members must only use Gmail for new emails and must only use Google Calendar for new appointments.

Accessing OLD Webmail

Use the above link to get help with:
  • Configuring iOS devices
  • Configuring Android devices
  • Using Outlook Web App on any web browser (if you use its "light version"
  • Using the default Windows 10 Mail app
Frankly, mobile devices running iOS and Android are the most convenient ways to access your district email and calendar when away from your station at school:
But the Outlook Web App is still available for browser-based access to your OLD email and calendar from anywhere on the internet, including Chromebooks.

Spam filter
OLD Spam Filter

Until the end of June, you can probably still login to the OLD spam filter to review messages held as spam up through  6/19/2018, but by June 27 the service will no longer provide access to any old messages held as spam.
