Current Projects/Announcements

Please check your child’s homework folder for any papers being sent home. Also, your child should be reading for 20 minutes each night and practicing Spelling!

Conferences are scheduled to begin on October 21^st.

1^st Quarter Math Test will be the week of October 6^th!

Our Fall class party will be on October 31^st!

Biography

I grew up in Broken Arrow and graduated in 1987. I then went off to the University of Oklahoma and received a degree in Journalism in 1991. I went to work for a company in Tulsa for a few years, but wasn’t happy, so I went back to school and received my teaching certificate in 1998. I then moved to Texas and taught 4^th grade in a small community east of Dallas. However, I missed my family too much, so I moved back to Oklahoma and got my position here at Hoover! I’m married to a wonderful man, Ron, who works as an assistant manager at Wal-Mart. We have one son, who passed away in 2005. And soon we’ll be adopting a little girl!!
