Block Prints
The block prints were done using styrofoam trays to make a printing plate. We carve the designs into the foam with a pencil. The block printing ink is rolled onto the plate with a brayer. The ink does not go into the depressed areas on the foam. We printed the plate on paper several times.

Student's designs were inspired by Art from the Renaissance and Middle Ages.
