Trish Packard, the attendance secretary at the Will Rogers Early Childhood Center, works on “Project Igloo” in the school's library recently. The project was coordinated by pre-kindergarten teacher Janey Dunlap and came to fruition after ChevronPhillips and Will Rogers parents donated more than 1,000 empty milk containers to create the igloo. The igloo is large enough for a class of students to sit in and enjoy reading exercises.
