2008 Bruin Baseball Camp set to take place in June

The boys of summer will be honing their skills this summer at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium.

The 2008 Bruin Baseball Camp is set to unfold from June 24-26 for students from kindergarten through the eighth grade. Those taking part in the camp will learn numerous baseball fundamentals including throwing, fielding, batting, pitching and baserunning. Leading the camp will be Bartlesville High School varsity baseball head coach Spence Rigdon.

The cost of the camp is $70 per participant and will include a camp T-shirt . The three-day camp will begin each day at 9 a.m. and conclude at noon.

Participants are asked to bring a glove, hat, bat, cleats and sunscreen, if needed. Leading the camp will be Bruin baseball program coaches and players.
