Executive Board Meeting Minutes
April 8, 2008
CALL TO ORDER
The morning board meeting was called to order with the reading of the PTO Purposes by Scott Hagar. Members present were: Scott Hagar, Karey Hagar, Tonia Foust, Janie Smoot, April Smith, Melissa Kimble, Jody Burch, Jennifer Hayes, Sharon Webster, and Valerie Geerts.
The evening board meeting was called to order with the reading of the PTO Purposes by Scott Hagar. Members present were: Scott Hagar, Tonia Foust, Nancy Woodrome, Dave Mueller, Penny Eccleston, Michelle Rafferty, and Danielle Bradley.
APPROVAL OF LAST MONTH’S MINUTES
- M. Meeting: A motion was made by Janie Smooth and seconded by Jody Burch to approve the February minutes. The motion was carried.
- M. Meeting: A motion was made by Penny Eccleston and seconded by Nancy Woodrome to approve the February minutes. The motion was carried.

Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Melissa Kimble and stated the following:
The current PTO account balance is $23,330.58.
