  1. M. Meeting:

Scott Hagar read a letter from the Washington County School Supply Drive asking for donations. This is run jointly by the Service League of Bartlesville, Concern, Agape, and Mary Martha. For more information, go to www.packthebackpacks.org . Danielle Bradley made a motion to donate. Nancy Woodrome made a motion to donate $100.00 and Penny Eccleston seconded the motion. An e-mail vote was made and the motion was carried.

Nomination Committee:
Jody Burch was nominated for and approved to be on the nomination committee.

It was discussed that the Hospitality and Staff Appreciation committees possibly be combined to reduce the number of chairpersons needed for next year’s committees. It was also discussed that Yearbook, Landscaping, Staff Appreciation and Hospitality committees are vital.

Technology Update:
Mr. Mueller stated that the bond issue funds for technology have already been earmarked for items such as whiteboards, etc. and would not be available for the mobile lab. He is going to do some checking to clarify this.

Nancy Woodrome advised of a need for a new red cartridge for the color printer in the computer lab. The cost of this cartridge is $210.99. PTO purchased this printer and agreed to provide the cartridges for it. Danielle Bradley made a motion to purchase. Penny Eccleston seconded the motion. An e-mail vote was taken and the motion was passed.
