Purpose: The student will identify the major bones of the human body using the characteristics of size, shape, and location, and will make a scale model of a human skeleton.
Note: Major bones include: cranium, mandible, clavicle, scapula, humerus, ulna, radius, carpals, metacarpals, phalanges, vertebrae, sternum, pelvis, femur, tibia, fibula, patella, tarsals, and metatarsals.
