Purpose: To observe the process of osmosis.
Summary: Students will place eggs in vinegar for two days, corn syrup for two days, and distilled water for two days. They will observe and measure the liquid volume and egg mass before and after each liquid change. The data gathered will be used to generate class discussion and further exploration of the concept of osmosis.
