The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) measures what students learn in school, determines if students are on track for college success, and opens doors for possible college opportunities, including the National Merit Scholarship (junior year only) and concurrent enrollment.
9-11th grades may register for the test at https://forms.gle/6czkYrHy4xY9Tyx96
The test will be given on October 28, 2025, at 8:00 am digitally, but pre-registration is required by the end of the day on September 9. Payment of $18 per student is due September 9 and can be made online through PowerSchool or at BHS to Rebecca Brown, PSAT coordinator, in room S108, or Carol Stephens, Financial Secretary, in room 126.
