Pre-K enrollment is open for the 2026-27 school year for children who turn four years old by Sept. 1, 2026.
Bartlesville Public Schools proudly offers Pre-K classes at all six elementary schools. Placement is based on geographic boundaries and site availability. Each Pre-K classroom, led by certified early childhood teachers and teaching aides, is limited to 20 students.
How do I enroll my child?
Online through PowerSchool Enrollment:

At the Enrollment website, click the Create Account button to get started; the enrollment system login is separate from the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
After you complete the online enrollment process you will be contacted by your child’s elementary school.
If you have difficulty with online enrollment, please call the Education Service Center at 918-336-8600 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Friday to schedule an appointment with Kaylee McKinney, who will assist you.
You will need the following documents to complete the new student enrollment process (Parents/guardians who are in the process of collecting the documents should still begin the enrollment process):
A copy of the child's birth certificate.
Current immunization records: Oklahoma State Law requires that all children entering school for the first time must show proof of the following vaccines: 4 DPT, 3 POLIO, 1 MMR, 3 Hepatitis B*, 2 Hepatitis A*, 1 Varicella (Chicken Pox).
Proof of residency in the legal guardian's name: A title to residential property, unexpired lease agreement, a receipt for payment of rent, or proof of utility payment.
