Pre-K Enrollment is Open

Pre-K enrollment is open for the 2026-27 school year for children who turn four years old by Sept. 1, 2026.

Bartlesville Public Schools proudly offers Pre-K classes at all six elementary schools. Placement is based on geographic boundaries and site availability. Each Pre-K classroom, led by certified early childhood teachers and teaching aides, is limited to 20 students.

How do I enroll my child?

If you have difficulty with online enrollment, please call the Education Service Center at 918-336-8600 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Friday to schedule an appointment with Kaylee McKinney, who will assist you.

You will need the following documents to complete the new student enrollment process (Parents/guardians who are in the process of collecting the documents should still begin the enrollment process):
  • A copy of the child's birth certificate.

  • Current immunization records: Oklahoma State Law requires that all children entering school for the first time must show proof of the following vaccines: 4 DPT, 3 POLIO, 1 MMR, 3 Hepatitis B*, 2 Hepatitis A*, 1 Varicella (Chicken Pox).

  • Proof of residency in the legal guardian's name: A title to residential property, unexpired lease agreement, a receipt for payment of rent, or proof of utility payment.
