Continuing Notice of Non-Discrimination

Per Board Policy DAA, the Bartlesville Public School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), age, disability, religion, or veteran status in its educational programs or activities. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, admissions, educational services and activities, financial aid, and employment. The district also provides equal access to the Boy Scouts of America and other designated youth groups.

Bartlesville Public Schools will take all necessary steps to ensure that each school and work place in the District is free from unlawful discrimination or harassment.
