Notice of Non-Discrimination

Per Board Policy DAA, the Bartlesville Public School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), age, disability, religion, or veteran status in its educational programs or activities. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, admissions, educational services and activities, financial aid, and employment. The district also provides equal access to the Boy Scouts of America and other designated youth groups.

Bartlesville Public Schools will take all necessary steps to ensure that each school and work place in the District is free from unlawful discrimination or harassment.

The following people within the District have been designated to handle inquiries regarding the District’s non-discrimination policies, issues and concerns:

  • For issues related to accessibility to facilities, services and activities pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Executive Director of Special Services should be contacted at 918-336-8600 or at 1100 SW Jennings Ave, Bartlesville, OK 74003;

  • For all non-student and/or employment related issues (including questions or complaints based on age), or for any individual who has experienced some other form of discrimination, including discrimination not listed above, the Executive Director of Personnel & School Support should be contacted at 918-336-8600 or at 1100 SW Jennings Ave, Bartlesville, OK 74003.
