Annual Public Notice of Non-discrimination
The Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights enforces several statutes that protect the rights of beneficiaries in programs or activities that receive financial assistance from the federal Department of Education. Federal regulations require public school districts to annually notify the public.
The Bartlesville Public School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs and activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups.
